Erdol 3 XL – is a house with an area of 97 m2 in the single-story version or 151 m2 in the version with an attic.

The modern technologies and ecological solutions used in it make ERDOL 3 XL an energy-efficient house that functions in harmony with nature. KVH wood is used for construction, which is the basis of the entire structure. Properly selected insulating materials ensure that the building is not exposed to heat loss. Here it is also possible to use the pantry as a technical room with the entrance from the vestibule.

All our buildings have a place in the wall (on the vestibule side) for installing doors, which can be inserted after removing the boards closing the passage.
