Prefabricated houses in Greater Poland
The frame houses we build are buildings with low energy consumption necessary for heating the house and domestic water. We use the highest quality materials, both in external partitions and in window and door joinery of the highest standards. Heat recovery from mechanical ventilation and the use of photovoltaics help reduce building maintenance costs to a minimum.
We have been cooperating with Erdol Haus brand since its inception. Together with them, we build frame houses that are comfortable, safe and, above all, energy-efficient.

Energy-saving frame house in Greater Poland
On average, 3-4 months – This is the construction time to the developer’s standard, thanks to the prefabrication of frame houses!
Erdol Haus frame houses are made of KVH wood, the humidity of which is approximately 15%. Correctly selected insulating materials ensure that the house is protected against heat loss. The houses are energy-efficient because modern technologies and ecological solutions are used in production. Due to the very good tightness of houses, it is recommended to install electric heating and mechanical ventilation with heat recovery (recuperation). By using electric heating and ventilation systems, it is recommended to install a photovoltaic installation. Your electricity and heating bills then reduce to virtually zero.

ERDOL project 1
Erdol 1 – is a house with an area of 59 m2 in the single-story version or 94 m2 in the version with an attic.

ERDOL 104 project
Erdol 104 – a house with an area of 104 m2, where you will find space for everything you need for a comfortable life. The building has a simple yet effective form topped with a hipped roof. The layout of the rooms has been carefully thought out to optimally use all available space. Importantly, the terrace of the building has an arcade under which you can hide during the rain. What may be important for future residents is the fact that this house has 2 bathrooms, which definitely facilitates everyday functioning, especially with a larger number of household members.
